Welcome to Prompt Bunker (the “Website”), a service provided by BS Commerce Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and the services offered, including access to our digital prompt library (the “Service”).
By purchasing access to and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We provide a digital library of prompts and related content (the “Webflow Accelerator Kit”) for a one-time fee. The Service is accessible through a password-protected member area on our Website.
To access the Service, you must create a user account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
The Service is available for a one-time payment of $49. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
All fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access to the Service has been granted.
For customers in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing our Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you gain access to the digital content.
During the checkout process, you will be required to tick a checkbox confirming the following:
“I hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon gaining access to the digital content.”
All content included in or made available through the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Website, is the property of BS Commerce Group LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Service or any of our computer systems or networks.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BS Commerce Group LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BS Commerce Group LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. BS Commerce Group LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
In no event shall BS Commerce Group LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essence.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
