The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
Our Service consists of digital content (access to the Prompt Bunker library) that is delivered to you immediately upon purchase. Therefore, by purchasing our Service, you are giving your express consent to the immediate start of the service and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
To finalize your purchase and get immediate access to the digital content, you must actively agree to waive your right of withdrawal. During the checkout process, you will be required to tick a checkbox with the following text:
